1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
• The product has not been damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Note: As we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, refunds are processed via bank transfer.

2. Exchange Policy

Need a different size or product? We’re happy to help.

• Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery
• All exchanges are subject to product availability
• If the requested product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items purchased on clearance or final sale
• Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products
• Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear images of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

• Contact our support team with your order details
• Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process
• Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange
